Graham Kiy

Graham Kiy has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Graham started their career as a Commis 1 Chef in Bahnhofbuffet Zürich and gained knowledge in Swiss German dialect and kitchen operations. Graham then worked as a Management Trainee at The Hong Kong Hotel, where they gained experience in the food and beverage and rooms divisions. Graham went on to work at The Garden Hotel Guangzhou as a Food Beverage Coordinator and at The Tower Club, Kowloon as a Food and Beverage Manager. Graham then joined The Ritz Taipei as an F&B Manager. Graham also worked as a General Manager at CCA International and International Leisure Consultants. Graham served as the General Manager at Zendai Art Hotel & Zendai Hotel Yin and later became the General Manager at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in Dubai. Graham held additional roles at Jumeirah Vittaveli and Jumeirah Nanjing before becoming the Area Vice President Hotel Operations EMEA at Hard Rock International. Throughout their career, Graham has demonstrated their ability to drive profitability, increase customer satisfaction, and create personalized experiences for customers and influential individuals in the travel trade and media.

Graham Kiy's education history includes a period from 1978 to 1982 when they attended Westminster College Hotel School, Vincent Square. During this time, they obtained a degree as a Member of the Institute of Hospitality, specializing in Hotel, Catering, and Institutional Management. In 2014 to 2017, they pursued a Certificate in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors (IoD). Additionally, from 2016 to 2017, Graham completed a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University. Before their college years, from 1972 to 1978, they attended Bexley Grammar School in Welling, Kent, where they achieved GCSE "O" Levels.
