Jaime Stratton

Jaime Stratton has a strong background in Human Resources and Guest Experience. Jaime currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Guest Experience at Hard Rock International. Prior to that, they held positions such as Head of Human Resources at the Las Vegas Raiders and Vice President and Head of Human Resources at VICI Properties Inc. and Desert Radiology. Jaime also has extensive experience in various HR roles at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, including Corporate Vice President of Culture and Engagement, Regional Director of HR Performance and Culture, and Senior HR Leader. Before entering the HR field, they worked as an Account Executive at BestMark, Inc. and as a Corporate Customer Satisfaction Assurance Manager at Harrah's Entertainment.

Jaime Stratton graduated from Christian Brothers University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology.
