Shelley Williams has a diverse and extensive work experience in the sales and hospitality industry. Shelley recently joined Hard Rock International as the Director of Global Sales in 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Sales at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City from 2018 to 2021. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Caesars Entertainment Corporation as the Director of Sales-Eastern Region, where they successfully led a team of sales managers and generated significant revenue for the company. Additionally, they held the position of Canadian Chair at Meeting Professionals International from 2013 to 2015, where they focused on promoting the Canadian Meetings and Event Industries. Earlier in their career, they worked at Caesars Windsor as the Director of Resort and Hotel Sales from 2007 to 2013, and at Westmont Hospitality Group as the Regional Director of Sales from 2003 to 2006. Shelley also gained experience as the Department Head of Conference and Accommodations at the University of Windsor from 2001 to 2003. Throughout their career, Shelley has demonstrated strong leadership and sales management skills, driving revenue growth and achieving targets in various market segments.

Shelley Williams completed their Social Science degree in International Relations/Commerce at Carleton University from 1991 to 1995. In 2000 to 2001, they pursued a CRM degree at Universidad de Montevideo. Recently, in 2020, they obtained a certificate in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University.
