Tanya Hugo has over 20 years of work experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Tanya has held various management positions, including Assistant General Manager at Planet Hollywood International and Hard Rock Cafe. In their role as Director of Operations at Hard Rock International, they supervised operations for multiple franchises across Europe and Africa. Tanya also has experience as a Managing Director, where they provided training and consulting services to the restaurant industry. Tanya'sexpertise includes brand protection, operational logistics, P&L control, and staff management.

Tanya Hugo obtained a Diploma in Hospitality & Event Management from Damelin College, where they attended from 2005 to 2006.
