Jay Heiferman

Jay Heiferman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and management within the events industry. Currently serving as Box Office Supervisor at Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana since November 2021, Heiferman previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at Marquee Event Group from January 2017 to October 2019. Prior to that, Heiferman was the Principal and Chief Executive Officer of AAA Rental System, a family-owned event equipment rental company operating since 1927, until its sale in 2017. Additionally, Heiferman co-owned Meetup from 2003 to 2017 and served on the Advisory Board of Directors for Chicago Ramp from 2000 to 2016. Educationally, Heiferman earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Risk Management from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business between 1978 and 1982.
