Michelle Espinosa

Michelle Espinosa has extensive experience in administrative and customer service roles, currently serving as the Administrative Assistant to the VP of Casino Operations at Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana since January 2023. Prior to this, Michelle held various positions at Valley Fire Protection Systems, LLC from March 2014 to January 2023, including Marketing and Administrative Assistant, where responsibilities included liaising with local fire departments and scheduling service work. Additional experience includes roles at Service Sanitation managing accounts receivable and customer service, McDaniel Fire Systems overseeing scheduling and collections, Prompt Ambulance Service handling accounts payable and payroll, and DMI Medical managing customer service and project bids. Michelle’s educational background includes a certificate in Business, Management, Marketing from Purdue University Northwest and an associate degree in Business Communication from Moraine Valley Community College.
