Antonis Tzanos, Int.Adv.Cert(RegComp), AICA

Antonis Tzanos has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Antonis currently holds the position of Senior Manager - Operational Compliance & Risk at Hard Rock Digital, where they support the business in creating a scalable compliance function and manages a team of specialists.

Prior to this, Antonis worked at PokerStars, where they held various roles including Business Integrity Risk and Assurance Senior Manager, Business Integrity Risk and Assurance Manager, and Operations Licensing & Regulatory Risk Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for developing and executing assurance programs, assessing internal controls, and providing technical expertise in compliance and risk mitigation.

Before joining PokerStars, Antonis worked at Betclic Everest Group, where they were a Junior Software Tester and later a Training and Development Specialist, delivering department induction and refresher training. Antonis also served as a Customer Services Team Leader and a CS Trainer, where they supervised a team of customer service agents and provided poker training and support.

Antonis started their career at Pocket Kings Ltd as a Senior Multilingual Customer Service Agent and later joined Barclays Bank Plc as a Small Business Advisor, where they provided service to business customers and coached small business advisors.

Throughout their career, Antonis has demonstrated strong skills in operational compliance, risk management, assurance, training, and customer service. Antonis has also received awards for their outstanding performance and holds Level Two Accreditation in Business Practice.

Antonis Tzanos (RegComp) - AICA began their education at the University of Coventry, where they pursued a degree in Network Computing from 2000 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Antonis Tzanos has obtained several certifications. In November 2021, they completed the QMS Auditor/Lead Auditor Course at Udemy. In September 2021, they obtained the certification for ISO 31000 - Enterprise Risk Management for the Professional, also from Udemy. Furthermore, in October 2019, they completed the courses "Budgeting and Scheduling Projects," "Managing Project Risks and Changes," and "Initiating and Planning Projects" on Coursera.

Antonis Tzanos has also received training in social responsibility and interaction from GamCare in February 2022. Antonis obtained the International Advanced Certificate in Regulatory Compliance from the International Compliance Association in October 2022, along with an ICA Associate Membership in September 2022.
