Max Kutserubov

Max Kutserubov is an experienced professional in technical project management and quality assurance, currently serving as the Director at Hard Rock Digital since November 2023. Prior to this role, Max held the position of Director of Quality Assurance at WGAMES for a brief period in 2023 and spent over eight years at Playtika as R&D Director and Director of Software Engineering, contributing significantly to the success of major mobile game titles. Max's expertise includes managing R&D teams, implementing Agile methodologies as a Scrum Master, and ensuring high-quality standards in software development as a Quality Assurance Engineer. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Quality Assurance Engineer at WorkRocks.ua and Project Manager/Co-Founder of Youevent. Max holds a Master's degree in Engineering from Dnipro National University of Rail Transport and has furthered skills at Portnov Computer School.
