Michał Zając

Michał Zając has a diverse work experience in the field of frontend development and project management. Michał started their career as an Event Manager at Fundacja Mobilni Polacy in 2013, where they successfully organized and coordinated a sports exchange program. Michał then worked as a Project Manager at Fundacja Moblini Polacy w Miliczu, where they were responsible for recruiting and managing an international team of volunteers. In 2014, they gained experience as an Administrator and Customer Support at Taniemeble.nl, an online store serving customers from various countries. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Junior Specialist at Agencja Rozwoju Pomorza S.A. In 2017, they completed a 322-hour course in JavaScript programming at the Software Development Academy. Michał then worked as a Frontend Developer at Adar from 2018 to 2020, gaining further expertise in frontend development. After that, they joined eKoncept as a Front-end Developer from 2020 to 2022. Michał'smost recent role was at Genesis Global Limited, where they served as a Frontend Developer from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they are working as a UI Developer at Hard Rock Digital, starting from 2023.

Michał Zając earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the University of Lodz, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Gdansk from 2014 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Michał also obtained several additional certifications, including a completion certificate for a training cycle on "Managing Social Economy Entities" from the Dolnośląska Federacja Organizacji Pozarządowych. Michał also completed a training program for Eurodesk consultants, supported by the European Commission and the Ministry of National Education. Furthermore, Michał completed a comprehensive bartending training program at the Międzynarodowa Szkoła Barmanów i Sommelierów in Warsaw, which was validated by a skills certificate in both theoretical and practical aspects.
