Following this, from 1996 to 1999, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Data Processing from George Bacovia University.

After a gap, Paul completed their Master's Degree in National and International Environmental Law from the University of Bucharest between 2009 and 2010. Then, in 2018 to 2019, they attended Technological University Dublin, where they specialized in Product Management and obtained a Postgraduate Diploma.

In addition to their formal education, Paul L. pursued additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. Paul obtained a PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate in Project Management from APMG International in March 2016. In May 2012, they earned a Coaching Certificate from the Irish Life Coach Institute, and in May 2003, they obtained a Community Development Certificate from Cairde.
