Paloma Lugo

Paloma Lugo is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the E-commerce Manager at Hard Rock Hotel Cancun since April 2020. Previously, Paloma worked at RCD Hotels from May 2016 to April 2020 in roles such as Live Chat Executive and Agente de Reservas. Earlier in the career, Paloma held the position of Recepcionista at Hard Rock Hotel Cancun from July 2013 to May 2016 and at ibis, ibis Styles, and ibis budget from May 2011 to July 2013. Additionally, Paloma served as Supervisora de Relaciones Publicas at Corporacion Talentos y Excelencia from November 2010 to May 2011. Paloma holds a degree in Social-Humanities (LAET) from Universidad la Salle Cancún A.C., completed in 2010.
