Dharmesh Desai

Dharmesh Desai has a diverse range of experience in retail operations, with their most recent position being the Director of Retail Operations at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City. In this role, they were responsible for various tasks including design contributions, construction management, hiring, grand opening advertising campaigns, and developing operational procedures and internal controls. dharmesh also led the planning and development of a $30M award-winning complex, increased traffic and revenue through property-wide promotions and events.

Prior to this, Dharmesh worked as a District Manager at CVS Health, where they enforced corporate policies and procedures, played a critical role in the implementation of a new staffing solutions company, and increased retail sales and overall revenue.

dharmesh also held the position of Area Manager at 7-Eleven Stores, where they operated a high volume subgroup of 10 stores and achieved significant growth in sales, profits, and income for the brand and franchisees.

Earlier in their career, Dharmesh served as a Convenience Store Manager at 7-Eleven, where they directed the back office, conducted stocktaking, and ensured a positive consumer experience.

dharmesh began their career as a District Manager at Eishana Inc, managing 15 locations across the NJ/NY area, and focusing on sales, compliance, and customer retention.

Dharmesh Desai earned a Master’s degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the University of Bailystok from 2002 to 2004.
