Herman Shaffor

Herman Shaffor has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as a Shift Manager at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City since 2022, and as Facilities Shift Manager with Caesars Entertainment Corporation since April 2018. In addition, Herman has been the Wood Plant Supervisor at Barrette Outdoor Living since September 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing the production of packaging materials. Previously, Herman worked as Wood Shop Lead and Journeyman Carpenter with NJ Carpenters Union Local 255 from 2001 to 2015. Education includes studies at Atlantic Cape Community College.
