Brian Muravez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Brian began their career as a Product Support Specialist at Activant Solutions in 2000 and worked there until 2004. Following that, they joined Securitas as a Branch Manager for a few months in 2004.
In the same year, they transitioned to the California Highway Patrol where they served as a Law Enforcement Officer from July 2004 until October 2012.
Brian then joined Caesars Entertainment Corporation and worked as a Security Officer from June 2012 to June 2014. Brian later became a Regulatory Compliance Analyst at the company, a role they held from May 2014 to June 2019.
In 2013, Brian started their own business, Pacific Crest Income Tax Services, where they are the Owner and Registered Tax Preparer.
Most recently, Brian has been employed at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Lake Tahoe. Brian first served as a Regulatory Compliance Manager from June 2019 to April 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Compliance and Risk Management at the company since April 2021.
Brian Muravez, MFC obtained an Executive Masters degree in Financial Crime and Compliance Management from Utica University from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from San Jose State University between 1999 and 2001.
