Elnathan previously held roles including Supervisor Egresos at Náay Boutique Hotel, and Supervisor de ingresos at Be Hoteles. Additionally, Elnathan worked at BANCO NACIONAL DE MÉXICO, where responsibilities included sales and placement of banking products and services, alongside earlier positions as Cajero bancario and Recepcion at Akumal Dive Center. Elnathan holds a degree in Administration and Management of Businesses from Instituto Tecnologico de Tizimin, completed in 2012.
