Hari Dev is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in kitchen management and menu planning. Currently serving as Head Chef at Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos since February 2021, Hari oversees all aspects of food production and maintains workplace orderliness. Prior roles include Sous Chef at Hyatt Regency and Bollywood Jewel Restaurant, Chef De Partie at AL-MADAJ GROUP and Marriott, and various positions from Demi Chef de Partie to Commi Chef at establishments such as Aspire Katara Hospitality and TULI International.
