Tim Burkhalter

Tim Burkhalter currently serves as the Chairman of the Floyd County Special Olympics Committee and has held the position of Vice President of Sales-Partner at Hard Time Products LLC since January 2021. Hard Time Products LLC specializes in supplying inmate supplies to various correctional facilities, as well as PPE and kitchen supplies to restaurants. In addition to these roles, Tim Burkhalter has been an Executive Board Member of the Community Criminal Justice Foundation Inc. since January 2005. Previously, Tim Burkhalter was the Sheriff of Floyd County, Georgia, from 1985 until retirement in December 2020, where responsibilities included being the Chief Law Enforcement Officer and enforcing laws within the county. Educational qualifications include studies at Jacksonville State University and graduation from the F.B.I. National Academy in 2014, specializing in Criminal Justice and Corrections.
