Chris Townsend

Chris Townsend is an experienced project manager and engineer with a solid background in construction management. Currently serving as a Project Manager and previously a Project Engineer at Harder Mechanical Contractors, Inc. since March 2020, Chris has expertise in proposal writing, scheduling using Primavera P6, capital cost estimating, invoice review and approval, and project tracking through Deltek. Prior to this role, Chris worked as a Project Engineer at Harris Group and contributed to target value design, budget management, and coordination of subconsultants. Previous experience includes project engineering positions at Greenberry Industrial Inc. and a cataloging assistant role at Oregon State University. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Management from Oregon State University.
