Kayleigh Arendt

Kayleigh Arendt is a seasoned Project Engineer with extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors, currently serving at Harder Mechanical Contractors, Inc. since June 2019 and at MWH Constructors since June 2014. Kayleigh has successfully managed complex projects including a $318M industrial wastewater treatment plant and facilitated over 65 smaller project initiatives, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Previous roles include Field Engineer and Office/Field Engineer, focusing on document control, client communication, and onsite support for significant construction projects. Kayleigh holds a Civil Engineering degree with a concentration in Construction Engineering Management from the University of Colorado Boulder, where earlier work included research and administrative functions.
