Matt Bailey

Matt Bailey, MD, FACS, is a skilled General and Colorectal Surgeon at Hardin Memorial Health since February 2021. Previously, Matt completed a Colorectal Fellowship at Ochsner Health System from June 2014 to June 2015 and a General Surgery Residency at the University of Kentucky from July 2009 to June 2014. Earlier in their career, Matt served as an Emergency Room Nurse at DCH Health System from August 2001 to May 2005. Matt earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine between 2005 and 2009 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of North Alabama.
