The Merchandising Team at Harding+ is responsible for curating and managing the on-board retail experience across our fleet of 90+ cruise ships. This includes selecting and sourcing a diverse range of products tailored to passenger demographics, optimizing visual displays to enhance guest engagement, and utilizing data-driven insights to ensure product relevance and maximize sales. They collaborate with brand partners and other internal departments to deliver a bespoke retail model that aligns with our ‘Quaternity’ approach, ensuring each cruise line partner's specific needs are met efficiently.
