Andy Kipling

Studio Head at Hardsuit Labs

Andy Kipling has extensive experience in the gaming industry. Andy started their career at NovaLogic as a Level Designer, where they worked on various PC titles and contributed to the development of the in-house level editor. Andy then moved on to become an Associate Producer and later a Publishing Producer at NovaLogic, where they managed QA, localization, and middleware for game titles.

In 2007, Kipling joined Zombie Studios as a Producer, taking on responsibilities such as team management, budgeting, and task management. Andy eventually became an Executive Producer, overseeing multiple projects while also serving as a producer for their own project. Kipling's achievements at Zombie Studios include leading the development of the first western developed Free to Play shooter title, Blacklight Retribution.

Currently, Kipling is working at Hardsuit Labs as the CEO and Studio Head. As the CEO, they are responsible for strategic planning and company direction, while as the Studio Head, they oversee all operations of the studio.

Andy Kipling attended The Community School from 1995 to 1999. The degree name and field of study for this period are unknown. Andy then attended the University of San Diego from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and History.
