Thijs Papenhuijzen

Thijs Papenhuijzen is the current Engineering Manager at Hardt Hyperloop. With a background in aerospace and mechanical engineering, Thijs has experience working in various engineering roles, including as a Lead Mechanical Engineer at Hiber where Thijs successfully launched two satellites. Prior to that, Thijs worked as a Structural Engineer at ATG Europe and as a Mechanical Engineer at Tesla Motors. With a strong passion for automotive and space engineering, Thijs also served as the Chairman of the Technical Committee at DUT Formula Student Racing Team, overseeing the development of formula-style racing cars. Thijs holds a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
