Susan Cassidy

Susan Cassidy is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Hardy Process Solutions since May 2021, Susan previously held the same title at AMETEK Programmable Power from September 2017 to April 2021. With a strong background in full cycle recruitment, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives, Susan has also contributed to organizations such as BlueLine Rental, Guild Mortgage Company, and Sony Electronics, where roles ranged from Senior Technical Recruiter to Human Resources Manager. Susan's foundational experience began at Johnson & Johnson as a Human Resources Coordinator.
