Prior to that, they earned a BA in Economics and Gov't & Politics from the University of Maryland in the years 1991 to 1993. Charles L. also participated in the Cooperative Japanese Business & Society Program at J.F. Oberlin University in the year 1991. Charles attended Towson University from 1988 to 1990 and Cardinal Gibbons High School from 1986 to 1988, majoring in Political Science. Additionally, Charles is currently in the process of obtaining their CEBS, Group Benefits Associate certification from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP). Charles L. is also a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), holds a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification from SHRM, and has completed additional certifications in Human Capital Strategist (HCS) and Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
