Sachin Daftary

Sachin Daftary has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sachin is currently serving as the Director of Application Innovation & Integration at Harford Mutual Insurance Company, a position they have held since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Sapiens as the Vice President of Technology Innovation from February 2018 to March 2020. Before joining Sapiens, Sachin held various roles at Adaptik Corporation, including Vice President of Technology Innovation, Director of Research & Development, Team Leader, and Senior Software Developer. Sachin worked at Adaptik from 2002 to 2018. Sachin has also worked at IBM as a Team Lead in 2001, AT&T as a Team Lead in 2000, Telcordia Technologies as a Software Consultant in 1999, Redwood Systems Ltd as a Software Developer from 1997 to 1998, Datamatics as a Developer from 1996 to 1997, and Avni Computers as a Software Developer from 1994 to 1996.

Sachin Daftary completed their education in a chronological order. Sachin first attended VPM Polytechnic from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a Diploma in Electronics. Then, from 1992 to 1995, they pursued a Degree in Electronics & Telecom at RAIT - Ramarao Adik Institute Of Technology. Additionally, in 2009, they took a short software course on Spring and Hibernate at Pragati.
