Claudia McWhirter

Claudia McWhirter is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in performance management and employee reward strategies. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Colleague Performance and Reward at Hargreaves Lansdown since November 2021, Claudia previously held roles as Compensation and Benefits Manager. Prior experience includes working as Reward Manager for the UK and Ireland at Danone from July 2016 to November 2021, and Group Human Resources Manager at Skene House Hotels & Serviced Apartments between October 2013 and June 2016. Claudia holds a CIPD Diploma level 3 in Human Resources Management from North East Scotland College, a Master of Science in Hospitality Management from University College Birmingham, and a Bachelor's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Universitatea de Nord din Baia-Mare.
