Hannah Poulstrup Madsen

Hannah Poulstrup Madsen is a Senior User Researcher at Hargreaves Lansdown since July 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles as a Senior UX Researcher and UX Researcher at N-able, where user interactions and experiences were analyzed to inform design developments. Prior to N-able, Hannah served as a UX Consultant at LogicLab, focusing on client needs and product contextualization, and as a Quantitative and Qualitative Researcher at Radius, conducting research across various sectors for notable clients. Hannah's academic background includes an MSc in Anthropology from the University of Copenhagen and a research stay in Social Psychology at the University of Edinburgh, complemented by exchanges at the University of Oxford and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
