The board of directors at Hargreaves Lansdown is made up of experienced professionals with a variety of backgrounds. The current head of distribution is a former Global Head of Distribution at Schroders. Other members of the board have backgrounds in economics, engineering, and management from the University of Oxford. With such a diverse range of experiences, the board is able to provide valuable insights and perspectives on a variety of issues facing the company.
