Courtney Caro currently serves as the Manager of Event Production/Exhibitor Services at Hargrove, LLC. With a background in event management and mass communications, Courtney has held various roles in leading and supervising teams in the event industry. Courtney has extensive experience in developing workflow processes, managing staff training, and overseeing day-to-day operations to create efficient workflow. Prior to Hargrove, LLC, Courtney worked as a National Account Manager at Blackboard Inc. and Director of Conferences and Events at Fleishman Hillard, Inc.
