Tom Andrika is currently a Customer Relationship Director - Global Sales at Encore and Hargrove, LLC. Prior to this, Tom held various leadership roles in companies such as Concise Interactive Event Apps, George P Johnson Experience Marketing, Fourth Wall Events, MPI Greater New York, and Success Academy Charter Schools. With a background in business and organizational leadership from Miami University, Tom also has experience as a Sales Manager at First Page Network, Inc. and as a Manager of Training & District Customer Service Standards at Bed Bath & Beyond. Throughout their career, Tom has demonstrated a strong ability to develop relationships, drive growth, and deliver exceptional results in the events, marketing, and hospitality industries.
