The Project Management team at HARIBO oversees the planning, execution, and completion of company projects. Led by the Project Chief, this team ensures that initiatives, particularly in developing countries, are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager focuses on managing and supporting projects in new markets, while the Junior Project Manager assists with coordination and administrative tasks.
