John Knox

John Knox has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and organizations. John began their career in the U.S. Coast Guard in 1985, where they served for 21 years in various significant assignments, including commanding officer and program manager. In 2006, they joined Dell Services and became the director of multiple IT projects for the U.S. Coast Guard. John managed a large team and led software development efforts. In 2011, they started working at Harkcon, Inc., initially as a human capital data analyst before transitioning to senior program manager and chief financial officer. During their time at Harkcon, Inc., they also served as a program manager for clients such as DHS and the U.S. Coast Guard. Overall, John Knox's work experience showcases their expertise in program management, IT projects, and leadership roles.

John Knox received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics from the US Coast Guard Academy, attending from 1981 to 1985. Following this, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering from George Mason University, where they studied from 1993 to 1995. In addition to their academic qualifications, John also acquired the certifications of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the Six Sigma Global Institute in September 2017, and Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute in September 2014.
