Joshua Zilke

Joshua Zilke is the Vice President of Construction at Harkins Builders, Inc., overseeing operations for the Southeast since June 2020. Previously, Joshua held positions as Project Executive and Preconstruction Executive at CBG Building Company, managing multifamily projects and providing estimating services. Earlier experience includes roles as Project Engineer at MBP, Field Engineer at Fluor and Clark Construction, and various internship positions focusing on project controls and engineering. Joshua has advanced academic credentials, holding a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development from UNC Charlotte and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, complemented by a dual Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Construction Engineering and Management from the same institution.
