Allan Phillips

Allan Phillips is the Director of Finance Operations at Harland Clarke. Prior to that, Allan worked as a Section Manager in the finance department at Arcelor Mittal. Allan holds a Master's degree in Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical & Petroleum-Refining Engineering from Colorado School of Mines. Allan has a strong background in finance and engineering.
