Taylor Gleason

Taylor Gleason, M.S., serves as the Human Resources Manager for the Harlem Globetrotters since August 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Area Human Resources Representative at Penske Truck Leasing from May 2019 to May 2021, overseeing HR functions for multiple districts in the MidSouth Area. Taylor held positions as Human Resources Operations Manager and Human Resources Coordinator at Wild Adventures Theme Park from December 2017 to May 2019, and served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in Psychology at Valdosta State University, supporting a large introductory psychology class from August 2017 to December 2018. Early career experience includes positions as Human Resource Assistant at Barnes Healthcare Services and Human Resources Intern at Wild Adventures Theme Park. Taylor earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Valdosta State University.
