Janel Rabbani

Janel Rabbani currently serves as the Manager of Special Education at Harlem Link Charter School, a position held since July 2018, following a tenure as Education Manager Lead at Success Academy Charter Schools from July 2014 to June 2018. In the role at Success Academy, Janel managed testing procedures, trained teachers, and coordinated individualized education plans while ensuring compliance with New York State testing protocols. Prior experience includes positions at The Jewish Theological Seminary as an Office Manager and as a Lead Teacher/Associate Teacher at Success Academy, where Janel developed and delivered lessons for diverse student populations. Janel holds a Bachelor's degree in Theater Arts from Brandeis University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Special Education at Hunter College, expected to complete in December 2024.
