Julissa Jose

Julissa Jose has a diverse work experience in human resources and recruitment. Julissa most recently worked as a Senior Director of HR at Harlem United, where they also held positions as Director of HR Operations, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter. Prior to their time at Harlem United, Julissa founded Harlem Botanica, LLC. Julissa also served as a Field Recruiter at Command Security Corporation, an Employee Relations Specialist/Recruiter at Project Renewal, and an HR Associate at NYC Bike Share, LLC. Additionally, Julissa worked as a Program Coordinator at Adecco Group and as a Junior Recruiter Intern at United Staffing Solutions.

Julissa Jose obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resource Management from LIU Brooklyn from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English and Philosophy from St. John's University, completing it from 2004 to 2007.
