Adrian Wells has a diverse background in marketing and management. Adrian began their career at Procter & Gamble, where they held various roles including Pringles Brand Manager and Oral Care Sales & Marketing Manager. At UEFA, they worked as a Marketing Team Leader, overseeing marketing activities for key brands. Adrian then joined The Football Association as the Head of Group Marketing, managing a team and overseeing various brands.
