Chim Gale

Chim Gale has significant experience in talent identification and development within rugby, currently serving as the Head of Academy at Harlequins since July 2019. Prior to this role, Chim held various positions at Worcester Warriors, including Academy Manager and Assistant Academy Manager, focusing on the personal and athletic growth of academy athletes, and preparing them for professional careers. Additional experience includes roles as an Academy Coach and Sports Scholarship Coordinator at Dean Close School from January 2007 to January 2013, as well as the development of rugby programs. Educational background includes attendance at Hartpury College, Blundell's School, Uffculme School, and Bishop Mackenzie International Schools.
