Akshay Raghunath

Akshay Raghunath, PMP, is a seasoned HRIS professional with extensive experience in project management and human resources. Currently serving as Lead HRIS at Harley-Davidson Motor Company India Pvt. Ltd. since June 2023, Akshay has held multiple roles within Harley-Davidson Motor Company since 2017, including Senior HRIS Project Manager for various regions, demonstrating a strong expertise in HRIS analytics and project leadership. Prior experience includes a managerial position at EFI overseeing the HR Data Center and a senior executive role at AOL. Akshay holds an MBA in Human Resources from AMC Engineering College and a BCA in Computers from SRN Adarsh College.
