Jason Reckelhoff

Jason Reckelhoff, MBA, PMP, CSM, is a seasoned project and portfolio management professional with extensive experience in leading digital transformations and technology initiatives. Currently serving as the Lead Project/Portfolio Manager at Harley-Davidson Motor Company since March 2023, Jason specializes in cloud migration and portfolio management for the Digital Office. Previously, Jason held various leadership roles at MasterBrand Cabinets, Inc. from January 2011 to March 2023, including Senior Manager of the PMO, where responsibilities encompassed guiding project managers, enhancing Agile methodologies, and overseeing project portfolio governance. Earlier career experiences include project management positions at Vectren Corporation, Atlas Van Lines, and Capital One, alongside an IT rotation program at Kimball International. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems and an MBA from the University of Southern Indiana.
