Laura Hintz

Laura Hintz is an experienced Ergonomist and Human Factors professional, currently serving as the Corporate Environment Health Safety Manager at Harley-Davidson Motor Company since October 2011. With a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Laura is a Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE). Key responsibilities include utilizing established ergonomic models to assess and mitigate risks, enhance workplace efficiency, and reduce musculoskeletal disorders. Previously held roles include VP of Ergonomics at Blankenheim Services and Headquarters Ergonomic Manager at Rockwell Automation, where Laura led ergonomic training initiatives and managed global ergonomics programs.
