Matthew Ritchie is an experienced engineer currently employed at Harlow Aerostructures LLC since October 2013, focusing on advanced design of throttle quadrants and their assemblies, along with creating machining drawings and test procedures. Prior to this role, Matthew served as a Technical Designer at Spirit AeroSystems, contributing to the Airbus A350 project through redesigning brackets and frames and creating repair processes for damaged parts.
