Dan Swords

Dan Swords currently serves as the Leader of Harlow Council, a position held since May 2023, where responsibilities include providing strategic and political leadership for the organization. Prior to this role, Dan Swords was the Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Planning and Regeneration from May 2021 to February 2023, overseeing key initiatives such as a new council housing program, town center transformation, attracting private sector investment, and establishing a joint-venture partnership for the regeneration of Harlow.
