Poonam Mahadik

Poonam Mahadik has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Poonam currently works as a Senior Executive Human Resources at Harman Finochem Ltd since March 2022. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at Reliance Life Sciences, where they served as a Senior Executive Human Resources from November 2009 to February 2022. Poonam'sresponsibilities included end-to-end recruitment, particularly in the Pharma, Bio-Pharma, Plasma proteins, and R&D Vaccines sectors. Poonam was also involved in salary negotiations, selection processes using HOT software, and handling joining formalities through Employee self-service (ESS software).

Poonam Mahadik completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree at SK Somaiya between 2007 and 2010. Poonam then pursued a Master's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Mumbai University Mumbai, which they completed from 2012 to 2014.
