Rajendra Tambe

Rajendra Tambe has a solid background in the pharmaceutical industry, with extensive experience in production and manufacturing roles. Rajendra started their career at SUN PHARMA in 1998, where they worked as a Production Officer in various areas, including Intermediate area, Finished process area, and clean room area. Rajendra then joined Innovasynth Technologies Limited as a Production Officer, specializing in manufacturing Nucleosides products and performing product purification using resin and manual glass columns.

In 2004, Tambe joined Wockhardt Ltd. as an Executive Production, where they gained further expertise in production planning, documentation, and plant operations in the downstream area. Rajendra was also responsible for various purification techniques such as RP-HPLC, lyophilization, autoclave, DHS, and area fumigation.

Tambe later joined Glenmark Pharmaceuticals in 2012 as an Assistant Production Manager, a role they held for almost nine years. During their time at Glenmark, they contributed to the company's production operations and played a vital role in maintaining a smooth workflow.

Currently, Tambe holds the position of Assistant Manager at Harman Finochem Ltd, where they have been since 2021. In this role, they are responsible for managing a multi-product facility, overseeing production planning and execution, and leading a team. Rajendra is also skilled in SAP and c-GMP, ensuring the achievement of targets and goals.

Rajendra Tambe completed a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from Padmashri Dr. Vithalrao Vikhe Patil Institute of Technology and Engineering Polytechnic Pravaranagar from 1993 to 1998. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Swami Vivekanand Institute of Management Science and Technology from 2009 to 2012.
