Vikash Maurya

Vikash Maurya has a diverse work experience in various roles within the international business sector. Vikash started their career at Aeromatic Industrial Chemicals Pvt. Ltd as a Research and Development Scientist, where they were responsible for process development and identifying new tools for cGMP manufacturing. Vikash then moved on to Sandoz India Pvt Ltd as a Technical Associate Sterile Production, gaining hands-on experience in SCADA-based unit operations related to manufacturing pharmaceutical products.

After Sandoz, Vikash joined Indian Oil Corp Limited as a Project Management Intern, where they validated discussions with the marketing team to ensure compliance with operations and conducted site visits for data analysis. Following this, they worked at M/s. VAV Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. as an Executive of International Business, contributing to vendor selection, project management, and business development activities. Vikash also developed marketing strategies for product positioning in international markets.

Currently, Vikash is working at Harman Finochem Ltd as an Assistant Manager of International Business, primarily focused on the CEE Europe, Nordics, and Baltic States regions. In this role, they are responsible for heading techno-commercial operations, new business development, and establishing a patient-centric and performance-driven culture.

Throughout their career, Vikash has demonstrated their ability to adapt to new environments, contribute to the growth and success of their company, and show a strong understanding of regulatory matters and compliance requirements.

Vikash Maurya completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Sasmira's Institute of Management Studies & Research between 2011 and 2013.
