Lily Carlson

Lily Carlson's work experience starts in 2017 when they served as the Vice President of New Member Education for Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity. In 2018, they worked as a Research Intern at IDIBELL, focusing on binge eating disorder and food addiction. Lily also served as an MHealthy Physical Activity and Wellness Intern at the University of Michigan. In 2019, they worked as a Research Assistant for the Simply Dinner Study at Michigan Medicine. Lily then became a Health Ambassador for Project Healthy Schools before joining the Food Addiction Science and Treatment Lab as a Research Assistant and Honors Thesis Candidate. In 2020, Lily Carlson worked as the General Manager for Tiny Buddha Yoga. In 2021, they became an Accelerator Program Manager at Union Kitchen and later transitioned to the role of Accelerator Senior Manager. Currently, they are an Innovation Associate at Harmless Harvest, starting in 2022.

Lily Carlson obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health Sciences from the University of Michigan, attending from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, they acquired a certification in Food Science Essentials from The Ohio State University in August 2021.
