Mark Kindree has extensive experience in supply chain operations, project management, and operations management. Mark is currently serving as the Director of US Supply Chain Operations at Harmless Harvest since July 2020. In this role, they are responsible for end-to-end supply chain execution, including sourcing, contract manufacturers, demand planning, supply planning, and new product innovation commercialization.
Prior to joining Harmless Harvest, Mark worked as the Director of Project Management at Shaklee Corporation from September 2016 to July 2020. Here, they led cross-functional project teams and was responsible for the new product development process, creating project plans and timelines, and identifying risks. Before that, they served as the Operations Director at Perricone MD from January 2016 to August 2016. Mark also held the position of Director of Operations - Algenist at Solazyme, Inc. from January 2015 to December 2015. Mark managed the operations of the Algenist division. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Operations at Yes To Inc. from October 2008 to December 2015. Here, they managed global product manufacturing activities, directed contract manufacturers, and served as the program manager for the new product development team.
Mark has also served as the Director of Operations & Logistics at Nature's Cure from 2005 to 2008, where they were responsible for product supply, sourcing and purchasing components, contract manufacturing management, and new product introduction. Mark has experience in start-up environments as well, having served as the Business & Finance Director at Streamworks LLC from 2003 to 2005, where they developed key business processes and managed offshore procurement, manufacturing, and product fulfillment.
Moreover, Mark worked as the Vice President of Operations at TriStrata, Inc. from 1998 to 2003, overseeing product deployment, facilities, finance, procurement, and IT functions. Mark demonstrated versatility and cross-functional capabilities as the company grew from 20 to 140 employees during their tenure. Mark also has experience in the manufacturing industry, having served as the Director of Manufacturing & Materials at Xyratex International from 1995 to 1998, where they led manufacturing operations for the disk drive test systems division after the acquisition of Zadian Technologies.
Mark Kindree attended the Menlo School of Business Administration, where they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Operations Management.
